It is non-denominational, and in some respects non-sectarian to enlist the broadest coalition behind the values Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II believed in. These values tend to be present in all religions, properly understood and interpreted. Certainly they exist in every country, language and ethnicity.  

The healthy productive family is the basis of all we hope to do, so RRPPI focuses on the family and the most important fruit of the family, children. We strongly believe in life, and life more abundantly, both in the material sense, and biologically. The birth-rate of those who would make the best parents is way too low. This must be addressed if Western Civilization, or indeed any civilization, is to long survive. To end the culture of death we must end the Birth Dearth, and replace it with a culture of life. For example the birth rate of college graduates in America, regardless of ethnicity, is around half of replacement. This is not acceptable. Such a low birth rate means that such a defined group of humans becomes essentially extinct in less than a hundred years.
